Crew Foreman
Lead a crew of lawn care or snow removal assistants on residential and commercial properties. You'll be responsible for quality, safety, and making sure every job is done right. Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills a must.
- Lead and manage a crew on job sites
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Operate commercial mowers, plows, and equipment
- Communicate with the office and team supervisors
- Experience in lawn care or snow removal preferred
Lawn Care Crew Assistant
Join our summer lawn care crew and help keep properties across Monticello and surrounding communities looking their best. No experience necessary — we'll train the right person. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and showing up ready to work.
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup
- Mulching, planting, and landscaping assistance
- Work alongside experienced foremen
- No experience required — we will train you
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and a team player
Snow Shovel Crew Assistant
Be part of our winter snow removal team. Snow shovel crew assistants clear walkways, steps, entryways, and driveways for residential and commercial clients. Early mornings and storm-day availability required. This is physical, rewarding work and a great way to earn during the winter months.
