Dan is Jerry's father and the unsung hero of JD Outdoor Services. With 33 years of shop experience, he keeps every piece of our equipment running at peak performance so the crew never misses a beat. When he's not in the shop, Dan is out plowing commercial properties — bringing that same no-nonsense work ethic to every lot he clears.

Jay — better known around here as "Gator" — earned that nickname the only way you can: by being an absolute work machine. With 13 years under his belt, he supervises the crew with a steady hand and a standard that doesn't budge. A family man with young children at home, Jay knows exactly what it means to work hard for the people who depend on you — and that drive shows in everything he does. Whether it's a complex landscaping job or a heavy snow night, Gator makes sure the work gets done right and the team stays sharp.

Zach brings 10 years of field experience to every job site. As a lawn and plow foreman, he leads his crew with consistency and attention to detail — the kind of guy who notices the one spot everyone else missed and goes back to fix it.

Thomas has spent 9 winters mastering the art of snow removal in Minnesota — and if you know Minnesota winters, you know that's no small thing. A family man with young children at home, Thomas has every reason to push himself and zero tolerance for cutting corners. He leads our plow crews through the toughest storms with calm, efficiency, and a commitment to getting every driveway and lot cleared safely. When he's not behind the wheel, Thomas is in the shop alongside Dan — and that's where another side of him shines. He is absolutely amazing with his hands, whether he's diagnosing a mechanical problem or repairing equipment that keeps the whole crew running. The kind of guy who can fix just about anything and make it look easy.

Tyler is a dual-season foreman who leads crews in both lawn care and snow removal. A family man with young kids at home, Tyler brings a work ethic and drive that's hard to match — because when you're working for your family, you don't settle for good enough. With 9 years of experience, he knows how to adapt to whatever the season throws at him and keeps his team moving with purpose and professionalism.

Hailey leads our snow shovel crew with 8 years of experience and a work ethic that impresses everyone around her. A family person with young children at home, she understands firsthand why the details matter — cleared walkways and safe entryways aren't just a job, they're peace of mind for families just like hers. She makes sure every step, path, and entryway is done right, every time.
